I’ll go for my regular jog. The purpose of the run is to relax my mind and body. When you exercise, your body releases chemicals called endorphin. These endorphin interact with the receptors in your brain that reduce your perception of pain. Endorphin also trigger a positive feeling in the body, similar to that of morphine.

It is the state of your mind you are in that will help you to solve your problem. So if you feel stuck, go and carry out certain forms of exercise.
